By using StoryBound ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

StoryBound is a tool that converts social media posts from platforms such as Facebook and Substack into formatted PDF books. The app runs locally on your device.

2. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you process through StoryBound.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and reproduce the content in your posts (including images, text, and other media).
• Generated PDFs are yours to keep, share, or distribute as you see fit, subject to the original platform's terms of service.

3. Platform Compliance

• Your use of StoryBound with Facebook is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Terms.
• You must not use StoryBound to access content you do not have permission to view.
• You must not use StoryBound in any way that violates the terms of the connected platforms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StoryBound to:

• Access other users' private content without authorization
• Circumvent platform access controls or rate limits
• Reproduce copyrighted material without permission
• Engage in any illegal activity

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StoryBound is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All posts or images will be captured accurately
• The app will remain compatible with future platform API changes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StoryBound, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access to your accounts.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
